How Cromtra handles technical usage information, consent choices, advertising disclosures, and browser-based document data.

Last updated: June 21, 2026

Information processed

Public tools can be used without an account or personal profile. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, referring pages, and visit time to deliver and protect the website.

Google Analytics and Consent Mode

Cromtra uses Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode v2 for standard page-view measurement. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. Google may process page views, browser or device information, referring pages, and approximate location under its own terms. With storage denied, limited cookieless consent and measurement signals may still be sent.

Calculator and document data

Cromtra does not intentionally send calculator values, invoice fields, seller or customer details, addresses, notes, or payment instructions to Google Analytics. PDF invoice data is processed in the browser and is not stored by a Cromtra backend or in local storage.

Google advertising disclosures

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to Cromtra or other websites when advertising services are enabled. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to provide personalized or non-personalized advertising depending on consent, settings, location, and applicable requirements. Other approved vendors or ad networks would be disclosed here before use.

Consent and browser controls

The selected consent choice is stored in local storage. Visitors can reopen Cookie settings from the footer, withdraw optional choices, clear browser storage, or use browser controls to restrict cookies and similar technologies.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
